The Ministry of Defense has introduced QR codes on dry rations for feedback from the military

The State Operator of the Ministry of Defense’s logistics introduced QR codes on dry rations to collect feedback from servicemen. Now servicemen can leave their assessments and comments on dry rations by scanning the QR code placed on the packaging of individual rations of DPNP and DPNP-P.

The initiative is part of the Ministry of Defense’s strategy aimed at improving the supply system taking into account the real experience of the military. Starting from October 2025, applying a QR code to the packaging has become a mandatory requirement for all dry ration manufacturers.

The survey, available via the link via the code, allows you to collect information on satisfaction with the quality of the ration, individual dishes, packaging and overall impressions. The form contains both closed questions for evaluation and open fields where servicemen can describe shortcomings in detail and submit suggestions for improvement.

The collected data will help identify the main requests of servicemen – from taste characteristics and convenience of packaging to the balance of dishes. The results of the analysis will be used to further improve the rations.

Dry rations with QR codes are already arriving in military units. The first stage of collecting and processing feedback is currently underway, and all servicemen who have received such rations can participate in the survey.
