The Ministry of Economy resumed accepting applications from agricultural enterprises for criticality

The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has resumed accepting applications from subjects of the agro-industrial complex. to define them as critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period. Submission is made through the State Agrarian Register (DAR).

“Enterprises, institutions and organizations, which have already received the status of critical importance, keep it until the expiration of the relevant order. At the same time, subjects of the agro-industrial complex that need to determine or renew their status can apply through the DAR,” said Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Vitaly Kindrativ.

In order to receive the status of critical importance, private enterprises must meet two mandatory criteria: the average salary must be at least UAH 20,000 for the reporting period, and the enterprise must not have debts to the state or local budget for any taxes and fees.

In addition, the enterprise must meet at least one of the additional criteria: the sum of paid taxes and contributions exceeds €1.5 million, receipts in foreign currency exceed €32 million, the enterprise is of strategic importance for the state (defined in the list of strategic objects), is a resident of “Diya City” or has an important importance for the economy or the needs of the community.
