The Ministry of Economy will provide farmers with cashback for purchasing Ukrainian agricultural machinery

The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture has approved the payment of compensation for purchased Ukrainian agricultural machinery: 382 agricultural enterprises will receive a total of 126.1 million UAH. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy.

This is the first payment in 2026. It applies to enterprises that submitted applications in December 2025, as well as in January and February 2026. The program provides for reimbursement of 25% of the cost of domestic agricultural machinery and other equipment for farmers.

Compensation is paid for the products of 118 Ukrainian machine-building enterprises included in the official list of the Ministry of Economy.

Economy Minister Oleksiy Sobolev noted that these payments cover 864 units of new agricultural machinery that are already used in fields and farms.

Agricultural producers from the following regions have used the program most actively:

  • Odessa region – UAH 25.8 million in compensation;
  • Ternopil region – UAH 13.8 million;
  • Chernihiv region – UAH 9.5 million;
  • Vinnytsia region – UAH 7.8 million;
  • Cherkasy region – UAH 7.6 million.

The Ministry of Economy renewed this program in 2024. During its operation, 8,600 enterprises have already purchased 13,700 units of equipment for almost UAH 9.9 billion, of which the state compensated almost UAH 2.1 billion.

In 2026, UAH 1.8 billion in funding was provided for the implementation of this program.
