The National Bank of Ukraine has presented a unique set of commemorative circulation coins in the denomination of 10 hryvnias, which collects all the coins dedicated to various branches of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The set combines coins that were previously issued separately, and has become a symbol of recognition of the contribution of all those who defend the country every day. This was reported by the press service of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The set includes coins dedicated to the Land Forces, Air Force, Navy, Airborne Assault Forces, Signal and Cybersecurity Forces, Territorial Defense Forces, Special Operations Forces, Medical Forces, Logistics Forces, Unmanned Systems Forces, Support Forces and other structural units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to representatives of the National Bank, this set is a sign of gratitude and respect for all who protect Ukraine on land, in the sky and at sea, ensuring the safety of millions of citizens.
“To all those who daily defend our country from the enemy, protect it on land, in the sky and at sea, who sacrifice their own health and lives, allowing millions of Ukrainians to live, work and hug their loved ones,” the NBU press service noted.
In September, the National Bank of Ukraine issued a new commemorative coin dedicated to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. It celebrates the courage, dedication and professionalism of Ukrainian rescuers who save lives every day and confront natural disasters and the consequences of war.
