The “Reserve+” application will allow online payment of fines for failure to appear at the CCC with a 50% discount
In about three to four weeks, a new function will be introduced in the “Reserve+” mobile application — the ability to pay fines for non-appearance at regional collection centers via the Internet with a 50% discount. About this reported Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.
She explained that the corresponding law was adopted specifically for this purpose — the Ministry of Defense developed it together with people’s deputies. Thanks to this law, a citizen who violated the rules of military registration will receive a corresponding message in the “Reserve+” application and will have the opportunity to independently choose the option of paying a fine with a discount. Instead of the full amount of 17 thousand hryvnias, a person will be able to pay only 8.5 thousand hryvnias.
Chernogorenko emphasized that this is not a new practice for Ukraine. According to her, a similar system already operates in the field of violations of traffic rules, and now they have decided to apply this experience to the military accounting system. She added that the implementation of the new feature is planned to be completed within the next three to four weeks.
The deputy minister also emphasized that the appearance of such an option is expected by many citizens. According to her, this function will help those people who for certain reasons could not appear at the territorial collection centers, were not able to promptly pay the fine, but at the same time are aware of their duty to the state and are ready to fulfill it.
According to Chernogorenko, this will probably be the most extensive functionality that will appear in “Rezerv+” this summer.
