On June 5, Russian troops dropped four guided aerial bombs on the center of Kherson, as a result of which the regional state administration building was destroyed. Currently, three victims are known. About this reported Oleksandr Prokudin, head of OVA.
“In just fifteen minutes, four Russian helicopters “flew” over this place. Due to the blows, the Khoda building, which the Russians had repeatedly attacked before this, suffered even greater destruction. The entrance to the high-rise building was also destroyed, and the windows and facades of the surrounding houses were broken.” – says the message.
As of now, two wounded men aged 74 and 68 are known to be under the supervision of doctors. The rescuers were also able to free four people from the locked basement. They did not need medical help.
Also, as a result of the Russian airstrike, three educational institutions were damaged – approximately 200 windows were broken in the premises. No personnel were injured. The operational headquarters of the Kherson Regional Military Administration is operating at the site of the shelling. The main focus is on providing assistance to the victims and overcoming the consequences of the attack.
“The number of victims due to the Russian airstrike on Kherson has increased to three. A 44-year-old man went to the hospital with explosive and closed craniocerebral injuries, as well as a concussion.”, — clarified in the Kherson Regional State Administration.
