The UN confirmed Russia’s use of North Korean Hwasong-11 missiles

The United Nations has confirmed that Russia used North Korean missiles of the Hwasong-11 series, in particular, to strike Kharkiv in January of this year.
About this informs Reuters.
According to the publication, at the beginning of April, three observers of the implementation of UN sanctions against North Korea, which prohibit the import and export of military technology to the DPRK, arrived in Ukraine to inspect the wreckage of the missile. They found no evidence that the missile was made in Russia.
“The location of the missile, if it was under the control of Russian forces, probably indicates that it was purchased by citizens of the Russian Federation“, – says the report of the observers, which is at the disposal of Reuters.
They also added that information from Ukraine indicates that the missile was launched from the territory of Russia.
