Some of the “sanity” measures include ending gender reassignment programs for minors, banning federally funded COVID-19 vaccinations in schools, and ending co-ed sports.

His accomplishments include the release of American citizens held in various countries, increased sanctions pressure on Iran, a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and initiatives to resolve the conflict in Gaza.
