The Russian attack on Vilniansk, Zaporizhia region, resulted in the deaths of three people and the injury of another man. The consequences of the strike were reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia OVA Ivan Fedorov and the Zaporizhzhia State Emergency Service, who confirmed that Russian drones hit a private building in Vilniansk.
Ivan Fedorov reported that the Russian occupation army hit a residential area in Vilniansk, as a result of which houses caught fire and direct hits were recorded.
“The Russians struck a private sector in Vilniansk with drones. Houses were destroyed, fires broke out. Unfortunately, two women and a man died, and another man was injured. He is being provided with all necessary medical assistance, Ivan Fedorov wrote on social media.
Later, the Zaporizhzhia State Emergency Service specified that among the dead were a 62-year-old man and women aged 26 and 50, and a 57-year-old man was injured. According to rescuers, seven private houses were damaged as a result of the attack, one of them was completely destroyed.
“Rescuers extinguished the fire in a 100 sq. m. residential building. m and a gas pipe fire”, – the State Emergency Service noted.
