US President Donald Trump announced the preparation of negotiations with Vladimir Putin, which may concern the end of the war in Ukraine. About this informs The Hill.
“We’re going to talk, and I think maybe we’re going to do something significant. We want to end this war. This war would never have started if I was president.” – said Trump.
He also noted that there are “very serious discussions” about the war in Ukraine, but did not specify whether he had spoken directly with Putin.
“I don’t want to say it. But we are having very serious discussions”, the president added.
It will be recalled that earlier Donald Trump instructed to prepare a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin, which will be aimed at organizing a meeting.
