Ukraine has launched serial production of drones with a range of over 1,000 km

Ukraine has developed and launched serial production of its own long-range strike drones capable of hitting targets at a distance of more than 1,000 km.
About this stated General Director of Ukroboronprom Herman Smetanin.
“In a fairly short period of time, we developed and put into mass production our own long-range strike drones. Now they hit strategic enemy targets at a distance of more than 1,000 km“, he emphasized.
According to him, Ukraine has become “non-linear and innovative” in the production of drones in order to get ahead of the Russian Federation, and not blindly copy its approach.
“We are forced to be more flexible and resourceful. At one time, David realized that fighting Goliath with Goliath’s own methods is a wrong idea. In the end, he chose the weapon that could bring victory and skillfully used it.”Smetanin explained.
The head of Ukroboronprom also recalled the mass production of FPV drones at the concern’s enterprises, which established close cooperation with private individuals and helped them scale up production
Smetanin also emphasized the successful mass production of FPV drones at the concern’s enterprises, which closely cooperate with private manufacturers.
At the beginning of May, the general director of Ukroboronprom stated that in 2024, Ukraine would overtake Russia in the production of kamikaze drones, analogs of Shahed-131/136.
