“Ukraine is destroyed, entire cities are gone. Millions of people have died. And we continue to give billions of dollars to a man who refuses to make a deal”: Trump’s emotional speech

US presidential candidate Donald Trump made a new statement regarding the war in Ukraine. In his speech, which he made public on the X social network page, Trump claims that the war has been going on for three years and that during this time Ukraine has been “completely destroyed” and “millions of people” have died.

“Those incredible buildings with golden towers have been demolished. You will never see a city or town like this again. They will never be rebuilt. They are all destroyed, except Kyiv. You will never be able to rebuild cities and towns as they were. They were thousands of years old . Just think. Three years ago you had a wonderful civilization that is no longer with us.”, Trump said.

“Ukraine is destroyed, entire cities have disappeared. Millions of people have died. Due to the lack of soldiers, Zelensky is using children and the elderly. And we continue to give billions of dollars to a person who refuses to make a deal.”, – he emphasized.

According to Trump, Ukraine no longer exists as a state:

“There is no Ukraine. This is no longer Ukraine”, – said the politician.

He added that the process of rebuilding the country will last “hundreds of years” or even be impossible, because “even if the whole world comes together, there will not be enough funds for reconstruction.”

Trump also accused US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris of allowing this situation to happen and “will not rest until they send American children to war.” He said that his own “good relationship” with Vladimir Putin could lead to a quick resolution of the conflict if the US had a “sensible president”.

Trump has repeatedly stated that if he were president, he would not allow a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, and also promised to “stop the war in 24 hours.” In his last speech, he accused Volodymyr Zelenskyi of “dirty attacks” against him, but did not provide specific details about what exactly he meant.
