Ukrainian blogger Max Klymenko won the TikTok Award in the UK in the “Author of the Year” category
The TikTok Awards ceremony was held in the UK, where the Creator of the Year category was won by British blogger of Ukrainian origin Max Klymenko, who was born in Mykolaiv. He became famous thanks to his show Career Ladder on TikTok. About this reports BBC.
Max Klymenko was born in Mykolaiv and later moved to the UK to study. Part of his family, including his grandmother, still lives in Ukraine. When accepting the award, he thanked her, noting that she could not watch the ceremony live due to a power outage. He also said that his grandmother had previously logged into TikTok from different accounts to make it seem like his videos had more views.

Maxim Klymenko is a British blogger who creates short videos for TikTok and YouTube about career, business, and social issues. The most popular section of his channel is Career Ladder. In it, he tries to determine the profession of random people in two minutes, standing on a ladder with them. According to Klymenko, the goal of the format is to talk about careers without prejudices regarding appearance, income, status, or place of residence.
