The state concern “Ukrainian Defense Industry” concluded an agreement with the Canadian company “Roshel” on the joint production of armored vehicles. About this reported Herman Smetanin, Minister of Strategic Industries.
“Ukrainian OPC expands the geography of partnerships. Armored vehicles of the Canadian company are already used by the Ukrainian military. The production of this equipment in Ukraine will significantly speed up its delivery to combat units.
At the same time, it will strengthen the Ukrainian economy and give Ukrainian manufacturers access to technologies. Thus, the Ukrainian defense industry is gradually integrated into the defense-industrial base of the countries of the free world.” – noted the Minister of Strategic Industries Herman Smetanin.
It is about the production of armored vehicles of the “MRAP RoshelSenator” type. According to the minister, the Ukrainian enterprise will receive the necessary technical documentation and component materials for their production.
