VAKS seized the assets of ex-deputy from the Party of Regions Volodymyr Oliynyk from the state income

The Appellate Chamber of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court partially satisfied the complaint of the Ministry of Justice regarding the seizure of the assets of the former People’s Deputy from the Party of Regions Volodymyr Oliynyk from the state income. About this reports press service of the Ministry of Justice.

This is an appeal against the decision of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court of September 4, 2025, which partially satisfied the Ministry of Justice’s claim to apply sanctions against Oliynyk. Then the court refused to collect from the state income the share of corporate rights in the company “E.S.P.Technology”, which belongs to his wife Lyudmila Oliynyk.

According to the current decision, a share of corporate rights in “E.S.P.Technology” LLC, six real estate objects in Cherkasy, one object in the Kyiv region and a pleasure boat were transferred to the state income. The decision of the Appeals Chamber enters into force immediately after its announcement and is not subject to cassation appeal.

Let us remind you that Volodymyr Oliynyk is a former deputy of the 7th convocation from the Party of Regions, one of the founders of the anti-Ukrainian “Committee to Save Ukraine”. He takes an active part in Russian propaganda programs, supports and spreads Kremlin narratives.

After leaving for Russia, Oliynyk filed a lawsuit with the Dorohomylov District Court of Moscow demanding that the events of 2014 in Ukraine be recognized as a coup d’état, and in December 2016 he received a corresponding decision.
