10 new members join the SME Resilience Alliance

The Small and Medium Business (SME) Sustainability Alliance in Ukraine continues to expand its community — 10 new members recently joined it. About this reported Tetyana Berezhna, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
“The results of the SME Sustainability Alliance are not only an important indicator of its effectiveness, but also a powerful testimony of how the joint efforts of partner countries can form high-quality solutions for the recovery of Ukraine. At the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome, we will present a single, fact-based position. We will demonstrate that international cooperation in the field of supporting small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine creates real changes”, – noted Berezhna.
The SME Resilience Alliance, founded during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2024 in Berlin, has become a key platform for interaction between the Ukrainian government and international partners in the field of supporting small and medium-sized businesses. Ten new members recently joined the Alliance. In total, the initiative unites 43 members and partners who implement 136 projects.
The main focus of international programs is on innovation, export development, improvement of the regulatory environment, political initiatives and reforms. Sectoral support is mainly aimed at the agricultural sector, and about 45% of projects provide assistance to socially vulnerable segments of the population.
We will remind that on March 5 in Milan, as part of the preparations for URC 2025, a joint business forum organized by the governments of Ukraine and Italy took place. The main event of the event was the official accession of Italy to the Alliance for the Sustainability of Small and Medium Businesses.
