As of today, 350 content makers from the OnlyFans platform have declared income in the amount of 305.4 million hryvnias, having paid 59 million hryvnias of personal income tax (PIT) and military levy to the budget.

“The fact that the girls did not pay the tax on time cannot be grounds for criminal prosecution if the taxes have already been paid. Law enforcement officers support this approach.”, he noted.
Hetmantsev also announced his initiative to include in the legislative agenda a draft law on the decriminalization of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which concerns the distribution of pornography.
We would like to remind you that earlier in the Verkhovna Rada a revised draft law aimed at decriminalizing the creation of content with elements of pornography was registered. According to the available information, from 2020 to 2022, more than 5,000 Ukrainian authors on the OnlyFans platform earned about 123 million dollars, but due to the peculiarities of the legislation, taxes were not paid.
