The Cabinet of Ministers extended for a month the revision of decisions on determining the criticality of enterprises

The government has extended by one month the deadline for reviewing previously adopted decisions regarding the identification of enterprises, institutions and organizations that are critical for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period. About this informs the press service of the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine on Wednesday.

The relevant decision was adopted by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 208 “On Amending Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 of January 27, 2023 and No. 1332 of November 22, 2024.”

“Deferrals from conscription for military service during mobilization, which were granted to conscripts by decisions of the Ministry of Economy and by means of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services and did not expire on the day of adoption of the above-mentioned resolution, are valid until March 31, 2025.” – the message says.

The Ministry of Strategy and Industry reminded that enterprises, institutions and organizations that received the status of critical importance by November 23, 2024, must confirm it by submitting a relevant statement and copies of documents certifying compliance with the established criteria to the department.
