5 people killed in Russian shelling in Donetsk region
During the day, Russian troops repeatedly shelled the Donetsk region. Currently, 5 dead civilians are known, 12 more were wounded. About this informs the head of the Donetsk OVA, Vadym Filashkin.
“In Pokrovsk, the enemy killed two men born in 1977 and 1978, and wounded two women. In Bilytskyi, a 54-year-old man and a 69-year-old man were killed, a woman was injured, 4 two-story buildings and 3 garages were damaged. 1 more person was wounded in Myrnograd — there, the enemy hit a civilian on a motorcycle with an FPV drone.” – said the head of administration.
In Mykolaivka, one person was injured, four multi-story buildings and a coffee shop were damaged. Russian troops attacked Illinivka with an FPV drone: a man who celebrated his 47th birthday today was killed, five more people were injured, and a house was destroyed. In Kostyantynivka, two civilians were injured, five high-rise buildings, two administrative buildings, a shop, a public transport stop and a power line were damaged.
A recreation center was damaged in Sviatohirsk. In Zarichnoy, which belongs to the Lyman community, two residential buildings were destroyed, and one more in Ozernyo. Two warehouses were damaged in Ocheretiny of the Oleksandrivska community. Four houses were damaged in Siversk, Bakhmut District. In total, over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have carried out 65 shelling of populated areas in the Donetsk region. 298 people were evacuated from the front-line zone, including 40 children.
