Seven thousand official millionaires have been recorded in Ukraine, the total amount of submitted declarations is 88.2 billion hryvnias. About this reported Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko.
Since the beginning of the year, Ukrainians have declared 59% more income compared to the same period in 2024 — the increase amounted to 32.7 billion hryvnias. As of April 14, more than 104,000 property and income declarations were submitted, which is 101% of last year’s figure.
Based on the results of the campaign, citizens independently determined the following to be paid:
- 1.3 billion hryvnias of personal income tax (40% more than last year);
- 235.2 million hryvnias of the military levy (an increase of 47%).
More than 1 million hryvnias of income were declared by 7 thousand payers, the total amount is 50.5 billion hryvnias. The amount of declared income of more than 100 million hryvnias amounted to 16 billion, which was submitted by 53 persons.
The largest number of millionaires is concentrated in the following regions:
- Kyiv — 2,230 people;
- Kyiv region — 745 people;
- Lviv region — 651 people;
- Dnipropetrovsk region — 615 people.
Also, the amount of income received abroad increased by almost 1.2 billion hryvnias. Ukrainian citizens have already submitted 2,914 relevant declarations for a total of 2.8 billion hryvnias.
