A new industrial park named “Technology and Business” will appear in the Novoyavorivska territorial community in the Lviv region. About this reported The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine after the Cabinet of Ministers included this site in the Register of Industrial Parks.
The creation and development of such parks is a key element of the “Made in Ukraine” economic strategy aimed at supporting national production, especially in the sector of goods with high added value.
The “Technology and Business” industrial park is expected to provide up to 450 new jobs in the processing industry, in particular in the production of computer equipment, electronic and optical products, as well as electrical equipment.
The total amount of investments involved in the development of the park will amount to UAH 210.5 million, which will be provided by investor participants. In addition, UAH 1.4 million will be allocated from the local budget for the arrangement of the park.
The Novoyavoriv City Council initiated the creation of the park.
Thanks to this project, the number of registered industrial parks in Ukraine reached 91. Only in 2024, 23 new parks were added to the Register.
Including the park in the Register allows you to take advantage of state incentives, for which UAH 1 billion is provided in the 2024 budget. These funds will be aimed at compensating the costs associated with the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure, connecting to power grids, as well as providing tax and customs benefits for investors.
