A survey has been launched on “Army+” regarding obtaining the status of a combatant

A new survey has been launched in the “Army+” application, which concerns the procedure for granting the status of a participant in hostilities (UBD). About this reported press service of the Ministry of Defense.
The Ministry of Defense seeks to gather information on exactly how and for how long military personnel received this status, as well as to learn about the benefits provided by the UBD and which of them are the most commonly used.
The survey contains 13 questions and will be available until May 25. The collected answers should help identify problematic aspects of the current procedure and contribute to its improvement.
“The status of a participant in hostilities is one of the most important documents for the military. Thanks to the UBD, they receive benefits and services. Defenders should receive quickly and efficiently what is rightfully theirs, so we want to get more opinions, how things are happening now, and what needs to be changed.” – said Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.
Since the launch of the “Army+” application, 13 surveys have been conducted. On average, about 20,000 users join each of them. Among the recent changes implemented on the basis of the results of these surveys are the updating of the strategy for providing the troops with dry rations and the appointment of a new head of the National Academy of Ground Forces named after Petro Sahaidachny.
