A woman was killed and 11 people were injured in Kharkov as a result of KAB strikes
Over the past 24 hours, the Russian army has carried out three strikes with guided aerial bombs on the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv, resulting in the death of one person and the injury of 11 others. This was reported by Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov and Kharkiv Regional State Administration Head Oleg Synegubov on their social networks.
According to Terekhov, aerial bombs hit the private sector.
“As a result of the enemy’s strike on the private sector of the Slobidsky district, there are dead and wounded, and private houses have been destroyed”, – wrote the mayor of Kharkiv.
As Oleg Synegubov clarified in Telegram, the victim of the shelling was a 69-year-old woman. Initially, 10 victims were reported, but later the number of injured increased to 11. Two people were hospitalized – a 73-year-old woman and a 49-year-old man. The others received injuries of varying severity.
The strikes damaged about 30 private houses, one of which was completely destroyed. The blast wave also broke out windows in approximately 10 high-rise buildings and damaged seven cars. Search and rescue operations are underway at the site of the attack, with one person previously considered missing.
