Importantly!
As of December 2023, restrictions on receiving state support for some categories of enterprises affected by hostilities have been lifted. Also, since the end of last year, such loans cannot be used by large businesses. Now only micro, small and medium enterprises can get available loans.

Loans for business development can currently be obtained not only by enterprises, but also by private individuals. Business representatives can also take part in other programs, such as “Support of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex”, “Add energy to your business” (compensated expenses for increasing energy efficiency of enterprises, introduction of “green” energy solutions) and others.

Separate loans are provided for farmers. For example, in the state budget for 2024, 3 billion hryvnias have been set aside for compensation of expenses for humanitarian demining of agricultural lands. Farmers are compensated up to 80% of such costs.
