An official e-mail has been launched in Ukraine, through which military personnel and their families can submit appeals for the protection of their rights. Applications will be accepted by Olha Reshetylova, the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Servicemen and Their Family Members, informs press service of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
“In the first months of work, we accepted appeals through various communication channels. This made it possible to resolve the most pressing issues, identify the most common problems, and establish cooperation to overcome them. Now we are switching to the official channel for accepting appeals from the military and their families.” — noted Olga Reshetylova.
To submit an application for consideration by the President’s Commissioner, you must:
- make a written (printed or handwritten) statement in the name of the authorized person with a detailed description of the essence of the appeal;
- add a complete list of documents confirming the application;
- send the application and accompanying documents to the official email address: zpv@apu.gov.ua, leaving the contact email and mobile phone number for feedback.
The transitional period for processing applications previously received through messengers will last until April 7.
