An information system has appeared in Ukraine to monitor the implementation of European integration measures
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a regulation on the functioning of the information system “Pulse of Accession”, which is designed to monitor the implementation of Ukraine’s obligations in the field of European integration.
As preports The government portal, the system will create a single database that will track the process of adapting Ukrainian legislation to EU standards and implementation of international legal obligations. Monitoring will cover such documents as the “Roadmap on the Rule of Law”, “Roadmap on Public Administration Reforms”, “Roadmap on Democratic Institutions”, “Plan of Actions to Protect the Rights of Persons Belonging to National Minorities of Ukraine” and other strategic documents in the field of European integration.
“Creation and functioning of the “Accession Pulse” – this is also a step that brings us closer to the EU, since it is the implementation of an event of the Roadmap on Public Administration Reform, – said the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Taras Kachka.
According to him, the system consists of two parts: an internal web portal for the work of ministries and departments and a public website for the public and international partners.
“Currently, representatives of ministries and departments are working on the internal portal. In the future, information from the “Accession Pulse” will be available to the public and international partners, ” – added Kachka.
