An office of the European Public Law Organization will be created in Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers decided to sign an agreement with the European Public Law Organization regarding the creation of an office of this structure in Ukraine. About this informs Ministry of Education and Science.

“The agreement is aimed at updating the contractual and legal framework with the European Public Law Organization…, strengthening and developing cooperation, in particular, the introduction of a permanent presence of the European Public Law Organization in Ukraine, which will expand the project activities of this organization in our country”, the message says.

The agreement establishes the key principles of the permanent presence and activity of the EOPP in Ukraine. This opens up opportunities for cooperation with the organization in the implementation of legal reform, in particular in the training of highly qualified lawyers.

The European Organization of Public Law is an international institution founded in 2004 in Athens (Greece). Its activities are aimed at developing knowledge in the field of public law and popularizing European values ​​through legal mechanisms.
