As a result of the massive combined attack by the Russian Federation on the capital, extensive damage to residential buildings was recorded in several areas. 1 person was killed, at least 24 were injured, reportsState Emergency Service
In the Podilskyi district, a fire was recorded in a high-rise building on the 15th floor. 13 people were rescued. In the Dnipro district, rescuers extinguished a fire in two apartments on the first floor of a five-story building with an area of 50 sq. m. 17 people were rescued.
At another address, a fire was extinguished on an area of 30 sq. m., partial destruction was recorded on the 19th and 21st floors. There were also fires in wooden buildings of the sports center on an area of 200 sq. m.
In Darnytskyi district, a fire of 5 sq. m broke out on the school grounds. In Desnyanskyi district, a fire broke out in a high-rise building on the 7th floor. The fire was contained. During the work, rescuers rescued 9 people, and 50 more were evacuated. In another location, a high-rise building on the 5th–8th floor caught fire. 1 person died. 14 people were rescued, including 1 child, and one person was freed from the rubble.
In Solomyanskyi district, a fire was recorded on the roof and fifth floor of a residential building. 20 people were rescued. In Svyatoshynskyi district, a fire broke out in a residential building on the seventh floor. A fire was also extinguished in a 22-story residential building on the 19th floor.
In Holosiivskyi district, debris fell on the territory of a hospital. At another address, rescuers extinguished a fire in a building with an area of 15 sq. m. In Shevchenkivskyi district, a fire was extinguished in an open area.
In the Obolonsky district, a 9-story building was hit, after which apartments from the 7th to the 9th floors caught fire with a total area of about 100 sq. m. One person was rescued, and the fire was extinguished.
In total, the State Emergency Service units in the capital rescued more than 40 people. The information is being clarified and updated. All emergency services are working on the scene.
