Базову військову підготовку пройдуть 75–80 тисяч студентів вищих навчальних закладів. Про це 18 квітня повідомив міністр освіти і науки України Оксен Лісовий під час години запитань до уряду у Верховній Раді. “Теоретична частина, до якої ми готуємося. 170 освітніх програм вже розроблено, подано на затвердження Генерального штабу в рамках діючого законодавства. Ми прогнозуємо зараз 75-80 тисяч студентів — це всі студенти чоловічої статі другого року навчання. Дівчата, згідно з чинним законодавством, доєднуються за бажанням”, — пояснив Лісовий За словами міністра, наразі додаткове фінансування на реалізацію програми відсутнє. “Сьогодні ми фінансуємо це з резерву Міністерства освіти. Потреба на реалізацію цієї програми лише у 2025 році – 130 млн грн”, — зазначив Лісовий. Він висловив сподівання, що при перегляді держбюджету Міністерство освіти і науки отримає додаткове фінансування для реалізації цієї ініціативи. Нагадаємо, що теоретичний курс військової підготовки у вищих навчальних закладах розпочнеться з 1 вересня. Порядок проведення базової загальновійськової підготовки для громадян України, які здобувають вищу освіту, а також для поліцейських, затверджено постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 734 від 21 червня 2024 року. Особливості організації цієї підготовки в закладах освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання, що готують поліцейських, а також у вищих військових навчальних закладах, навчальних центрах (частинах) Державної прикордонної служби, Національної гвардії та тренінгових центрах поліції, визначаються Міністерством внутрішніх справ за погодженням з Міністерством оборони. Закладам вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання, що підпорядковуються Міністерству юстиції та Державній службі з надзвичайних ситуацій, рекомендується узгоджувати принципи проведення базової підготовки з Міністерством оборони.

According to the minister, there is currently no additional funding for the implementation of the program.
“Today we are financing it from the Ministry of Education’s reserve. The need for the implementation of this program in 2025 alone is 130 million UAH.” Lisovyi noted.
He expressed hope that the Ministry of Education and Science will receive additional funding for the implementation of this initiative during the revision of the state budget.
We would like to remind you that the theoretical course of military training in higher educational institutions will begin on September 1. The procedure for conducting basic combined military training for citizens of Ukraine who are pursuing higher education, as well as for police officers, was approved by Resolution No. 734 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 21, 2024.
The specifics of the organization of this training in educational institutions with specific training conditions that train police officers, as well as in higher military educational institutions, training centers (parts) of the State Border Service, the National Guard and police training centers, are determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in agreement with the Ministry of Defense.
Institutions of higher education with specific learning conditions under the Ministry of Justice and the State Emergency Service are recommended to coordinate the principles of basic training with the Ministry of Defense.
