Blockade on the border with Poland: queues of 450 trucks
Protests by Polish farmers on the border with Ukraine continue. Three checkpoints – “Yagodin”, “Ugryniv” and “Rava-Ruska” – remain blocked for trucks. As of the morning of April 10, about 450 vans were waiting in line to leave Ukraine, of which 230 are waiting to pass through “Yagodin”.
About this to the journalist UNN said Andrii Demchenko, the spokesman of the State Border Service.
“Three directions remain blocked: “Yagodin”, “Ugryniv”, “Rava-Ruska”. If we analyze the last days, we can say that in all these three directions, the movement of cargo vehicles from Ukraine to Poland is extremely complicated. For a long time, cars in the direction of “Yagodin” and “Rava-Ruska” in the direction of Poland were not allowed at all. It went on to say that there would be a small number of empty trucks passing through, but that would vary from day to day.“, – said Demchenko.
