Chernyshova’s business partner is building elite estates in the Kyiv region: journalistic investigation (video)
Liliya Lysenko, who appears in the case of former Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov, builds elite estates in the village of Kozyn in the Kyiv region. She is an old business partner of Chernyshov. About this it is said in the Bihus.Info investigation.
Journalists note that Lysenko is the official owner of the company “Bloom Development”, which is engaged in the construction of elite real estate. From 2019 to 2023, the co-owner of this company was also the wife of Oleksiy Chernyshov, Svitlana. The ex-minister himself owned a stake in the company since 2018, but in 2019 he transferred it to his wife after being appointed head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
According to journalists, it was after the arrival of Chernyshov that Bloom Development received a project for the construction of estates in Kozyatyn. Lysenko’s cooperation with the Chernyshov family began even before she officially joined the company — in particular, she received a salary at the representative office of an Austrian firm related to the ex-minister’s family.
In 2024, Lilia Lysenko was searched as part of the case regarding the corrupt activities of Oleksiy Chernyshov. Investigators seized the equipment and discovered correspondence in which the terms of the sale of the apartment were discussed. NABU and SAP considered the discount for this apartment as a bribe.
We will remind, on June 3 NABU and SAP announced the exposure of a large-scale corruption scheme in the construction sector involving high-ranking officials. In particular, the former state secretary of the Ministry of Regions, a current member of the board of Naftogaz of Ukraine, and a former advisor to the minister were informed about the suspicion of abuse of power, receiving and providing illegal benefits in particularly large amounts. It was stated in the media that the persons involved have a connection with Minister Chernyshov.
