Civil servants with a reservation must update their data in the TCC or in the conscript’s electronic account
According to the new law on mobilization, civil servants who have a reservation are obliged to clarify their data in the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC) or in the electronic cabinet of the conscript.

“It is definitely necessary to appear at the TCC, because the law, which comes into force on May 18, clearly states that all conscripts must update their data. This can be done either at the TCC, or with the help of an electronic cabinet, or by applying to the TsNAP. That is, three options are available at onceLazutkin emphasized.
He added that even those civil servants who are not subject to reservation can also apply to the TCC, because they may have reasons to receive a deferment from mobilization.
Previously, Lazutkin already explained the procedure for booking civil servants:
“There are clear rules that have changed somewhat. Currently, civil servants of category “A” are subject to reservation. This category includes heads of village and city councils, that is, persons who head structures and are heads of state bodies or local self-government bodies. Civil servants of categories “B” and “B” will reserve only 50%. That is, people who head certain departments or divisions can already be mobilized“, – noted the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense.
According to the “Sudovo-yuridichna Gazeta”, during the 3 months of 2024, 42 civil servants were called up for military service, 38 of whom were women.
