For April and May 2024, people’s deputies of Ukraine received compensation from the state budget for renting housing or hotel rooms in the total amount of 4.6 million hryvnias.
This is evidenced by the data published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada according to the list of deputies, in April, 116 deputies received compensation, the total amount of payments was UAH 2.34 million. The average amount of compensation per deputy was 20,150 hryvnias. Mykhailo Ananchenko and Andriy Bohdanets (Servant of the People faction) received the largest sums – 59,150 hryvnias each.
In May, 108 deputies received compensation, the total amount of payments was UAH 2.29 million. The average amount of compensation per deputy was 19,500 hryvnias. Yuliya Yatsik (Servant of the People faction) received the largest sum – 78,650 hryvnias.
Basically, deputies received compensation for living in rented housing in April.
We will remind that in March 101 deputies received compensation for housing rent in the total amount of 2.1 million hryvnias.
