Donald Trump has appointed a US special envoy for Ukraine: he has a plan to end the war between Russia and Ukraine

President-elect Donald Trump appointed Keith Kellogg as his special representative for Ukraine and Russia. He emphasized that Kellogg has “remarkable experience in the military and business spheres”, as well as significant knowledge in the field of national security.

“Together we will bring peace through strength and make America and the world safe again!”, – Trump said.

Kellogg is one of the developers of the plan to end the war between Russia and Ukraine. The main provisions of this plan, created in cooperation with the former head of the US National Security Council, Fred Fleitz, were made public on the America First Policy Institute website.

The plan calls for a ceasefire on the current frontline during peace talks. According to its terms, the US will continue to provide military aid to Ukraine only if negotiations with Russia begin. In addition, Ukraine will participate in the negotiations from a position of strength, and Russia will be clearly indicated the consequences for non-fulfillment of agreements.

The document also emphasizes that Kyiv will not be forced to abandon the goal of regaining control over all its territories, but this process will be carried out through diplomatic means. The authors believe that such a prospect will become real only after Vladimir Putin leaves the post of President of Russia.
