Donald Trump is preparing more than 100 decrees for the first day of his presidency
US President-elect Donald Trump plans to prepare more than 100 executive orders aimed at changing policy in the areas of border security, deportations and other important issues. About this informs Associated Press.
Trump discussed these plans during a private meeting with Republican senators on Capitol Hill. It is expected that many of these issues will be resolved already on the day of the inauguration, January 20.
Trump’s top adviser, Stephen Miller, outlined key initiatives, including stronger border controls and immigration measures, that he said would be implemented in the near future. Senator John Hoven confirmed that the number of such decisions will be significant.
Trump’s allies are also preparing a series of executive orders that would allow the new president to make quick decisions on issues related to restrictions on the border with Mexico, energy sector development, gender policies in schools and vaccination requirements.
