The State Tax Service of Ukraine has launched a special Google Chat Bank communication platform for banking institutions to facilitate the implementation of the SAF-T UA standard audit file. This was reported by the DPS press service.
The communication channel based on Google Chat was created after working meetings of the DPS with representatives of the Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine, taking into account the peculiarities of accounting in the banking sector.
Google Chat Bank will allow banks to receive up-to-date consultations and methodological materials from the DPS, promptly discuss problematic issues with specialists and colleagues, participate in testing technical solutions related to the formation of SAF-T UA, and also ensure its implementation taking into account the specifics of bank accounting and legislative requirements. In addition, the platform should improve the quality of interaction between banks and the DPS, contributing to the transparency and predictability of tax procedures.
You can join Google Chat Bank in two ways: through the Electronic Cabinet or by mail by sending a corresponding letter to the DPS. After processing applications, personal invitations will be sent to the specified e-mail addresses.
The DPS emphasized that the creation of a separate communication channel for banks is aimed at improving the quality of interaction with the regulator and ensuring the transparency of tax processes.
