At the same time, offices of tax consultants were opened in 20 regions in Ukraine. The opening took place in telebridge mode, which was attended by almost 230 business representatives. This was reported by the State Tax Service.

This is another example that the authorities are jointly thinking about how to support every payer who today supports the country and fills the budget, noted. at. head of DPS Lesya Karnaukh.
At the moment, offices have not yet been opened in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
“As soon as the security situation allows, such offices will appear there as well”, promised Lesya Karnauch.
According to her, the initiative to open offices appeared after risk consulting centers proved their effectiveness. They were created to help businesses in unlocking tax invoices and determining the riskiness of enterprises.
“The office of tax consultants is not just another office or signboard. This is a network of points of care – where an entrepreneur, business owner or citizen can get advice that will save him time, money and nerves. The main thing is face-to-face communication. A consultant and a visitor, Karnauch assured.
In each region, teams have already been formed and have started work. At least six specialists will work in each office. In total, almost 1.5 thousand tax officials were involved in the work. They will advise on issues of taxation of individuals and legal entities, electronic services and reporting, tax disputes, audits, actual inspections, control over the circulation of excise goods, as well as repayment of tax arrears and debts from the State Tax Administration.
“Sometimes businesses lack the knowledge and resources to confidently fulfill their tax obligations, sometimes citizens do not know how to correctly pay this or that tax. Therefore, how to avoid such mistakes and understand complex tax issues, it is up to us, the tax experts, to help. In fact, the offices of tax consultants are compliance managers for everyone, the message says.
