In Ukraine, online issuance of the conclusions of the Military Medical Commission (MMC) was introduced, which conscripts can now receive in the “Reserve+” application. About this reported Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umyerov.
“We are continuing the reform of the military medical commissions in order to make the processes convenient and understandable for every Ukrainian. We have launched the electronic office of the military medical commission in the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Paper conclusions are becoming a thing of the past. Now they will be issued online: quickly, simply, without bureaucracy.” – says the message.
The launch of digital regulations became possible thanks to the creation of an electronic cabinet of the VLK in the Medical Information System (MIS) of the Armed Forces. From now on, referrals to the VLK will automatically come from the “Oberig” registry, and after passing the commission, the conclusions will appear in the registry and mobile application.
Electronic resolutions will be stored in the MIS of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and only those commissions that have undergone appropriate training will be able to issue them. From April, the formation of digital conclusions will be mandatory for all VLKs.
