Families raising children with disabilities of subgroup A will be provided with portable charging stations
The government has launched another program to provide portable charging stations to families raising children with disabilities of subgroup A. 10,000 devices with an estimated capacity of 2 kWh have been purchased, some of which are already being delivered to the address via Ukrposhta. This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
The first 4,000 stations have already been sent to recipients, and the delivery of the rest is expected to be completed in the near future. Assistance can be received by one of the parents, guardians, or legal representatives of the child.
Information on the conditions of participation, the procedure for obtaining equipment, and other energy support programs is posted on the website of the Ministry of Economy. The initiative is aimed at ensuring stable power supply for critically needed devices in families where children are most dependent on electricity.
At the same time, an analysis of the cost of portable charging stations shows that they can be purchased cheaper abroad: in particular, Bluetti is approximately 60% lower than the price in Ukraine, and EcoFlow is approximately a quarter cheaper.
