The woman from Odesa entered the Forbes list: new horizons of female leadership

Kateryna Novachuk from Odesa was among the 20 women recognized by Forbes as outstanding leaders. In its latest issue, the magazine collected examples of top managers of Ukrainian business who achieved significant success over the past year. Kateryna is 32 years old, and her career began as a marketer. She currently heads TAF Drones, a company that manufactures drones for the frontline, producing tens of thousands of units every month. This business, in her opinion, is of particular importance in bringing Ukraine closer to victory.
In her post, Kateryna notes that her path to her current role was not easy and was very different from her previous experience. From traditional marketing, it moved to miltech production, which became an important part of supporting the Ukrainian army in response to modern challenges.
Kateryna emphasizes that her team was the key to her success. She highly values the unity, support and professionalism of her colleagues, which, according to her, became the basis of their joint achievements. She also emphasizes the importance of qualities such as humanity, patriotism, honesty and humor that help overcome difficulties and achieve success.
