Founders of industrial parks will be able to receive UAH 150 million for engineering and transport infrastructure: Shmyhal

The Ukrainian government decided to allocate up to UAH 150 million in non-refundable funds for the development of the engineering and transport infrastructure of industrial parks.
About this reported Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at the government meeting on June 4.
Funding and incentives
According to Shmyhal, the funds will cover up to 50% of infrastructure construction costs or compensation for the costs of connecting to power grids. For de-occupied territories, this share will increase to 80%.
Expectations from the program
Currently, 81 industrial parks are registered in Ukraine, and the government expects that this program will stimulate their further development and attract domestic and foreign investments.
Private investments
Among the private companies actively developing industrial parks in Ukraine, we can mention Vasyl Khmelnytskyi’s UFuture, Tomasz Fiala’s Dragon Capital, Oleksandr and Halyna Gereg’s “Epicentr K” group, Borys Shestopalov’s Uparks and others.
State support
In the state budget for 2024, 1 billion hryvnias have been set aside for the implementation of the program for the development of industrial parks.
