Fragile woman and war: a story of courage and 9 years of service
In war, women are among the soldiers in the same way as their male counterparts. Women's courage and courage have no limits, and their actions became a bright reflection of strength and determination. The female warrior, repelling the enemy's attacks, paves the way to victory with dignity and determination.
At all times, military women have always been tireless defenders of their land, they, along with men, stepped forward with courage and tenacity to protect their families and their dream of peace. Their destinies and actions leave a good memory in the heart of history, and testify to the strength and nobility inherent in true heroes.
Today, women also serve in the armed forces, defend their country and continue to fight for their ideals. They play an important role in military conflicts, becoming medics, strategists, commanders, snipers and heroes. These women continue to fight for equality, defend their rights and prove that they can perform their duties no worse than men. However, the path to military service for women is not always smooth and easy, as they often face discrimination, stereotypes and inequality, but this does not stop them.
The journalist of IA “FAKT” Anna Bezhenska conducted an interview with the captain of the National Guard of Ukraine – Diana, who is a real heroine. This fragile girl made her conscious choice to join the service long before the full-scale war – in 2015. She chose her path in order to contribute to the fate and future of Ukraine. Her story reveals the essence of women’s military service and what our Ukrainian girls really are like.
