Challenges of veterans

“Unfortunately, returning home, veterans face many challenges: the consequences of injury, psychological trauma, difficulties in adapting to civilian life. Often society does not understand their feelings and needs, and this creates a feeling of isolation for those who risked their lives for freedom each of us. Veterans should not overcome the challenges of return alone. That is why we have created the “Living Towards” platform, which will be a set of initiatives united by an important goal – that both civilians and veterans take steps to meet each other for quality integration. and interactions“, Ksenia Sikorska, marketing director of FUIB, comments on the launch of the platform.
