Great Britain allocates a new package of military aid to Ukraine worth 190 million dollars
British Defense Minister Grant Shapps announced a new military aid package for Ukraine worth 150 million pounds (about 190 million US dollars).
This was reported by Defense Minister Grant Shapps, he is quoted The Sun:
“The International Fund for Ukraine provides vital support to the Armed Forces to meet their urgent combat capability needs. It contains more air defense systems to protect the Ukrainian civilian population and infrastructure, as well as naval assets to strengthen the naval forces“.
Grant Shapps reported that Great Britain provided Ukraine with more than 1 million different types of ammunition, 80 missiles for air defense systems, 20 amphibious vehicles, 20 demining systems, 4,000 units of military equipment, 30 pallets of spare parts, as well as long-range drones.
According to Shapps, this aid is aimed at protecting Ukraine’s critical infrastructure and strengthening its naval forces. The International Fund for Ukraine provides vital support to the Armed Forces, helping to meet their combat capability needs.
