Great Britain announces the largest package of military aid to Ukraine: 3 billion pounds annually
Britain has significantly increased its support for Ukraine, pledging 3 billion pounds ($3.74 billion) in annual military aid. This makes this package the largest ever provided by Britain and underlines its unwavering commitment to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt announced this new aid during a visit to Kyiv, where he met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyi and Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
“We will provide £3 billion every year, as much as is needed“, Hunt said.
Hunt emphasized that this assistance is provided “without any conditions” and that Ukraine has “full right” to use the provided weapons “to defend its territory.”
“It’s not just about helping Ukraine win the war, it’s about helping it build a better future“, he added.
Hunt also announced that part of the new aid is already arriving in Ukraine.
Britain supports Ukraine “as long as it takes” This visit of Khan to Kyiv is his second in this position. He emphasized the unwavering support of Great Britain to Ukraine and its people.
