Head of the State Service for Children’s Affairs declared UAH 1.49 million in income

The Head of the State Service of Ukraine for Children’s Affairs, Valentyna Zozulya, in her electronic declaration on property and income for 2025 indicated 1 million 493 thousand 266 UAH of income.

In particular, during 2025 her salary amounted to 739,730 UAH, and the official’s income from entrepreneurial activity was 753,536 UAH.

In addition, in the declaration she indicated 108.8 thousand UAH in bank accounts and 25 thousand dollars in cash.

According to the declaration, Zozulya is the owner of a house with an area of ​​91.6 sq. m and three land plots with a total area of ​​6.7 thousand sq. m in the village of Bziv, Kyiv region.

On October 22, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Valentina Zozulya as the head of the State Service of Ukraine for Children.

Civil servants in Ukraine are prohibited from engaging in entrepreneurial activity. According to the Law “On Prevention of Corruption”, they cannot be individual entrepreneurs, members of the board or supervisory boards of for-profit organizations. If a civil servant was an individual entrepreneur, he is obliged to cease activities within 15 working days after being appointed to the position.
