The principle of targeted advertising: the Ministry of Defense explained who will receive summonses from the TCC in the first place
Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko noted that thanks to the "Oberig" registry, notifications are faster.

Kateryna Chernogorenko in an interview for “ePytannia” compared the process of choosing people who will receive subpoenas to targeted advertising. About this write Judicial and legal newspaper.
“The General Staff understands what professional skills and age of people it needs and determines a conditional profile. When asking for certain criteria, for example, no postponement or reservation, the General Staff sends the request, and we work at the level of these criteria, which the General Staff provides us. According to these criteria of the TCC creates lists automatically through the system and further works with each conscript individually”, – she noted.
Chernogorenko emphasized that the “Oberig” Register makes the notification process faster and more targeted, similar to targeted advertising.
“That is, we work with exactly those audiences that we need right now, without spending additional time”, she explained.
Simply put, with the help of the “Oberig” Register, you can automatically select the most suitable people by age or profession and call them to the TCC with summonses. If the person does not accept or sign the notification from the TCC, it will be considered served.
“Notices will be considered served even if the person does not sign, similar to what happens with subpoenas. If individuals ignore the summons and the rules of the military record, their data will be turned over to a wanted person. This is in accordance with the law.” Chernogorenko stressed.
She also noted that the automation of the notification process using the “Oberig” Register allows you to focus on those categories of conscripts that are most needed by the army at this moment, which significantly increases the effectiveness of mobilization.
