In 2026, the state plans to allocate 1 billion hryvnias for the Centers of Vitality
Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine Denys Ulyutin announced that in 2026 the development of “Centers sustainability” it is planned to allocate 1 billion hryvnias from the State Budget.
Currently, 326 such centers are operating in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the pilot project, more than 2.5 million contacts with people have been recorded here and more than 1.5 million activities have been carried out. More than 1,500 specialists who have completed certified training programs are involved in the system.
305 communities in 24 regions and the city of Kyiv joined the initiative, including 17 relocated from temporarily occupied territories. The total volume of financing for almost two years exceeded 421.9 million hryvnias. In addition, 21 more centers were opened with the support of business and international partners.
By the end of 2025, the Ministry of Social Policy, together with international organizations, will introduce three new educational programs: an online course on the basics of life sustainability on the “Action.Education” platform, three-day trainings for specialists with the support of the Development Bank of the Council of Europe, as well as trainings “Parenthood without stress” and “Psychosocial support” from UNICEF.
“Next year, we plan to allocate 1 billion hryvnias from the state budget for the development of the Centers and move from an experimental to a permanent project. This is a social investment in people, said Denys Ulyutin.
The next stage will be the approval of the state standard of social services for the formation of sustainability, as well as the holding of the Sustainability Forum to coordinate the efforts of the state, communities and partners.
