Students in Ukraine can now register their place of residence in a dormitory online through the portal of state digital services “Diya”. This was reported by the “Diia” press service.
“Student life is already so full – couples, new acquaintances, a dormitory. And we made sure that there was less additional bureaucracy. Now you can register your place of residence in the dormitory online through the Diya portal — without queues and piles of papers, the message says.
Currently, the service is available to students who are not conscripted, have a taxpayer card and have signed a contract for living in a dormitory.
To change your place of residence, you need to: log in to the “Action” portal, select the “services” → “change of residence”, indicate the educational institution and dormitory, if necessary, add the number and date of the residence contract, then sign the Diya.Pigpisom or KEP application and send it.
“As soon as the application is approved by an authorized person of the university, you will receive a notification about the payment of the administrative fee. Then the system will automatically send it to the body of registration of the place of residence, – the press service of “ Actions” said.
The status of the submitted application can be checked in the personal account on the portal. To date, 23 Ukrainian higher education institutions have introduced the possibility of moving into dormitories with the help of Action. A complete list of institutions is available at link.
