The Security Service of Ukraine has declared a wanted Russian singer Timur Yunusov, known by his stage name Timati. Relevant information appeared in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The artist is suspected of aiding Russian propaganda, supporting the war against Ukraine, and legitimizing the occupation of Crimea. On the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, his data is included in the category “person who is hiding from pre-trial investigation authorities”.
Let us remind you that in June 2025, the Security Service of Ukraine announced in absentia that he was suspected of violating the procedure for entering the temporarily occupied territories, as well as of encroaching on the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
According to the investigation materials, Timati not only openly supported the Kremlin’s aggressive policy, but also actively participated in activities in favor of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. In particular, he acted as his proxy during the presidential elections of 2012, 2018 and 2024, and was also present at the inauguration ceremonies.
In addition, the rapper publicly approved the aggression of the Russian Federation, the annexation of Crimea and actions that grossly violate the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine. It is also known that Timati is included in the database of the site “Peacemaker”.
